1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using yourmove.live (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including viewers, players (users who interact with devices), and node operators (individuals or entities who operate physical devices on the Platform).
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
2. Platform Description
yourmove.live is an interactive platform that allows users to remotely control real-world physical devices (such as water cannons, treat dispensers, and similar equipment) via a web browser, and watch the results through live video streams. Devices are operated by independent node operators ("Operators") who connect their hardware to the Platform.
The Platform provides the software, payment processing, queue management, and streaming infrastructure. Operators provide the physical devices, cameras, locations, and are solely responsible for their physical setups, local compliance, and animal welfare.
3. Accounts
To interact with devices (join queues, fire, earn achievements), you must create an account. You may register with an email address and password, or via Google OAuth.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or let others use it. You must provide accurate information at registration. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
4. Animal Welfare Policy
yourmove.live has a zero-tolerance policy for animal harm, cruelty, distress, or abuse of any kind.
This platform exists to create fun, lighthearted interactions between people and animals. Every device and node on the platform must be designed and operated so that animals are never harmed, distressed, frightened, injured, or subjected to any form of cruelty. This is non-negotiable.
4.1 For All Users
- You must not use the Platform with the intent to harm, injure, or cause distress to any animal.
- You must not encourage, request, or incite others to harm animals through chat, social media, or any other channel.
- Interactions are designed to be harmless — water sprays are gentle, treat dispensers provide food, and all devices are calibrated to be safe. If you observe anything that appears to cause animal distress, you must report it immediately.
- Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination with no refund.
4.2 For Node Operators
- Operators are solely and fully responsible for the welfare of all animals that may be affected by their node.
- All devices must be designed, calibrated, and maintained so that they cannot harm, injure, or cause distress to animals under any circumstances, including malfunction.
- Water pressure, spray range, and volume must be calibrated to be gentle and harmless. Treat dispensers must use appropriate, safe food. Any device that could conceivably injure an animal is prohibited.
- Operators must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international animal welfare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Operators must provide animals with the ability to freely leave the interaction area at all times. Animals must never be restrained, confined, or forced into the path of any device.
- Operators must monitor their node during operating hours and immediately shut down the node if any animal shows signs of distress, fear, or discomfort.
- Operators must have a veterinary relationship and ensure animals receive proper care, nutrition, shelter, and medical attention independent of Platform activities.
- yourmove.live reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any node, at any time, for any reason related to animal welfare — without notice, without appeal, and without compensation.
- Operators who violate this policy will be permanently banned from the Platform and may be reported to local animal welfare authorities.
4.3 Reporting
If you witness or suspect animal distress, harm, or mistreatment on any node, contact us immediately at support@yourmove.live. We take every report seriously and will investigate promptly. Nodes under investigation may be suspended pending review.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to harm, distress, or injure any animal through use of the Platform.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or bully other users through chat or any Platform feature.
- Post or share obscene, hateful, racist, sexist, or otherwise objectionable content in chat.
- Attempt to manipulate queues, exploit bugs, or use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
- Impersonate another person, user, or entity.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, suspensions, or rate limits.
- Use the Platform to promote competing services.
We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or terminate access for any user who violates these rules, at our sole discretion.
6. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
6.1 Payments
Certain interactions on the Platform require payment. Prices are displayed per node and are set by node operators within platform guidelines. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
6.2 Credits
The Platform features an in-platform currency called "Credits." Credits may be earned through gameplay, purchased, or gifted by node operators. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable outside the Platform, and cannot be redeemed for real currency. We reserve the right to modify credit values, expiration policies, and earning rates at any time.
6.3 Refunds
Because interactions are delivered in real time and cannot be "undone," refunds are generally not available for completed interactions. If you experience a technical failure that prevents your interaction from being delivered (e.g., device offline during your turn, system error), you may request a refund or credit by contacting support@yourmove.live within 48 hours. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of any payments, credits, or balances.
7. Node Operator Terms
7.1 Operator Responsibilities
Node operators agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to animal welfare laws, zoning laws, noise ordinances, and privacy laws.
- Maintain their devices in safe, functional condition and shut down nodes when devices require maintenance or repair.
- Ensure their camera and streaming setup does not capture private property, individuals, or areas without appropriate consent.
- Accurately represent their node, including the type of device, the animals involved, and operating conditions.
- Respond promptly to communications from yourmove.live regarding their node.
- Not engage in fraudulent activity, including artificially inflating interaction counts, manipulating queues, or misrepresenting device operation.
7.2 Revenue Sharing
Operators receive a share of revenue generated by their node, as described in the operator agreement. Payment is processed via Stripe Connect. Revenue share percentages, payout schedules, and tier structures are defined in the operator dashboard and may be updated by yourmove.live with reasonable notice.
7.3 Node Removal
yourmove.live may remove, suspend, or disable any node at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: animal welfare concerns, legal compliance, platform integrity, inactivity, or operator non-responsiveness. Operators will be notified of suspensions when possible, but immediate removal without notice may occur in cases involving animal welfare or legal obligations.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
8.1 Platform Content
All software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content and operator streams) is owned by yourmove.live and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8.2 User-Generated Content
Interactions on the Platform are automatically recorded as short video clips. By using the Platform, you grant yourmove.live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute these clips for Platform operation, promotion, and marketing purposes. You retain ownership of any content you create (such as chat messages), but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.
8.3 Operator Content
Live streams originating from operator nodes are the responsibility of the operator. Operators grant yourmove.live the right to display, record, clip, and promote content from their streams on the Platform and in marketing materials.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not control and are not responsible for the physical devices, animals, locations, or actions of node operators. Node operators are independent parties, not employees or agents of yourmove.live.
We are not liable for any harm, injury, or damage resulting from the operation of physical devices, including to animals, property, or persons. Operators bear full responsibility for their physical setups.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yourmove.live and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless yourmove.live, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Node operators additionally agree to indemnify yourmove.live against any claims related to their physical devices, animals, locations, and local regulatory compliance.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, animal welfare concerns, fraud, abuse, or inactivity.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@yourmove.live. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 4, 10, 11, 12, and 14).
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted.
15. Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any operator agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and yourmove.live.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
